Personal data protection

At our clinics, we take the protection of personal data seriously, and it is important to us that your personal data is secure. All personal data obtained during your visit to our websites is processed in accordance with the following regulations:

  • Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR)
  • Constitution of the Slovak Republic (published under No. 460/1992 Coll.) Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on amendments to certain acts, as subsequently amended

By voluntarily filling in your personal data, you hereby give us consent to process it in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations.

What data do we store?

During your visit to our sites, we can analyze which pages you visited our site from, how much time you spent on our site, which subpages/in what order you view them, etc. You voluntarily enter your personal data on our sites when you fill out a contact form. If you wish to know exactly which specific data we store about you, we will gladly provide it to you in writing upon request. If, despite our efforts to keep the data current, some records were incorrect, we would be happy to correct them.

Cookies

For what purpose do we use this information?

We do not provide your data to third parties

The transfer of your personal data to state organizations is only based on duly issued and legally valid court decisions in accordance with the legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU regulation.

Possibility to unsubscribe

We use your personal data to inform you about offers tailored to you, our services, and products. Your participation is voluntary. If you no longer consent to receiving this information, you can ask us to delete your data at any time. You can unsubscribe from email messages (if we offer this service and you have subscribed) at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email, or you can write to us that you no longer wish to receive emails, and we will unsubscribe you.

You have the right to:

  • Request information from us about what personal data we process about you.
  • Request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data.
  • Request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected.
  • Request the erasure of this personal data from us by sending a request to the email address. The revocation of consent should include who is submitting the revocation – your name, surname, and email – and the information that you do not wish for us to process your personal data further. You can revoke consent generally (it will apply to all activities), or specify which activities the revocation applies to; address the revocation to MUDr. Marián Koperniech and send it by email.
